Since it is only a resource, nothing has been implemented, but instructions on how to use the voice pack for virtually any custom race are included. This is NOT the more well-known Ainmhi / Cute Elf voice pack or the Mu / Chocolate Elf voice pack. This is a modder's resource that adds a new "anime style" voice for custom races. If you downloaded my previous version, just overwrite the MP3 and LIP files with the new ones from this set.
If this is your first time downloading, you only need the most recent ZIP file.
JUPDATE: I fixed some minor volume issues with the voice files and uploaded a replacement set.
